Biographies        

Horatio Morgan Morgan-Horatio

Horatio Morgan is a seasoned Business Transformation Specialist with over 10 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. His expertise lies in scaling organizations to achieve above-average ROI and heightened customer satisfaction. As a former Management Analyst for the Jamaican Government, he successfully restructured the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade in 2016 and represented Jamaica on various international platforms, including the OAS-CICAD Jamaican Partner Team.

Horatio excels in organizational change, organizational transformation, and business alignment. He leverages solutions in people, processes, and automation to drive continuous improvement. He architecture a government agency through a major restructuring, enhancing customer satisfaction by 30% for over 3 million individuals within a year. Recognized with multiple awards, including receiving a current Education Institution’s Project Team Merit Award in 2024 and the Duke of Edinburgh’s/Commonwealth Leadership Study Conferences 2017 award, Horatio is selected to complete the Said Business School “University of Oxford’s” Executive Diploma in AI for Business in March 2025. His impact is positively expected to drive development in the business transformation sector.

David Christopher DeMatte DeMatte-David2 

David DeMatte is a senior program management leader with career experience that drives product strategy, digital innovation, and cross-functional team management. With a strong background in IT and Product Operations, he has led significant initiatives across industries such as cybersecurity, supply chain, and IT software delivery to Production systems. His expertise spans product development lifecycle (PDLC), SDLC, Agile methodologies, and IT release management. He delivers innovative solutions that optimize product processes and contribute to multimillion-dollar revenue growth.

Throughout his career, David has held key leadership roles at companies such as Honeywell, Hudson MX, Cricket, AT&T, Verizon (formerly Hughes Telematics), and WarnerMedia (formerly Turner Broadcasting). He excels in change leadership, coaching team collaboration, and fostering the adoption of best practices in product and program management. His experience includes managing complex enterprise environments, leading teams through digital transformations, and implementing systems to streamline operations and improve customer experiences. He holds several industry certifications, including PMC-IV, CSM, and CSPO, reflecting his commitment to continuous improvement and industry-leading expertise.
