Keynote Speaker Biography

Kraeger-HansHans Kraeger is a seasoned business transformation executive with over 15 years of experience driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence across diverse industries, including SaaS, finance, retail, and manufacturing. As CIO, Digital Transformation for Omega Consulting, he designs and leads transformation efforts, realigning organizational operating models to address new business goals and challenges.

Hans holds an MBA from Emory University Goizueta Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning from University of Buffalo (SUNYAB). His career is marked by progressive growth and success in organizing and leading cross-functional teams leveraging organizational change management strategies to align key stakeholders, manage expectations, and deliver results.

Notable achievements include the departmental alignment at Silverpop to restructure its SaaS development and operational effectiveness, contributing to the acquisition by IBM. As an advocate for Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Hans believes in an immersive and collaborative approach to effectively hear and meet businesses where they are and help develop a practical roadmap on how to achieve short and long-term objectives.

In his spare time, Hans enjoys tennis, mountain biking, traveling, big game hunting, volunteering with local non-profits, and helping those in job transition.

During this meeting, we will be piloting a new livestreaming option for Chapter Meetings. Livestream attendees will be given a $10 discount for a 2025 Chapter Meeting after completing a survey about their experience. Note: The Chapter Business Meeting and Keynote Presentation will be the only streamed sessions during this pilot.
