A one-on-one interview with Tamae Partain, PMP, ENV, SP, Global Business Area Program Manager, Mobility at Arcadis. With nearly three decades of experience in Civil Engineering, Tamae Partain brings a wealth of expertise in Strategy, Business and Technical Advisory, Transformational Change, Program and Construction Management, Operational Improvements & Process, and Infrastructure.

She is broadly known for her leadership involvement and impact in the Infrastructure/Transportation Sectors; and has been recognized in both 2023 and 2024 as one of the 100 Most Influential Women in Georgia Engineering (EngineeringGA.com).

Biography Partain-Tamae   

With nearly three decades of experience in Civil Engineering, Tamae bring a wealth of expertise in Strategy, Business and Technical Advisory, Transformational Change, Program and Construction Management, Operational Improvements & Process, and Infrastructure.

Throughout her career, Tamae has successfully tackled diverse infrastructure projects, including roadways, bridges, pedestrian enhancements, traffic management systems, buildings and facilities, water treatment plants, dams, reservoirs, landfills, railroads, materials, and parks. No matter the obstacles, she consistently demonstrates her ability to overcome challenges and contribute to the betterment of communities and governments.

Tamae thrives on problem-solving and tackling complex challenges. It is her genuine passion to assist others in turning their dreams into reality, using her expertise and experience to provide valuable solutions.
