Mike is Sr. Director for Vaco and leads their Technology Solutions practice in Atlanta. With more than 11 years of industry and team-building experience, he is passionate about helping clients and trusted consultants grow their businesses and thrive in their careers. Mike grew up in Georgetown, DE and holds a BS in Computer Science from University of Delaware. After a few years on the West Coast in the Mortgage Industry, Mike met his wife, moved to Atlanta, began his career in IT Professional Services, and hasn’t looked back since! On the weekends, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and son, simply doing anything that is fun and/or relaxing. “I love the way Vaco conducts business and its core values. They align with me personally and professionally, allowing me to be my authentic self, both in and out of the office. Veronica Jenkins helps businesses improve their HR processes, craft sustainable strategic hiring plans, retain talent, and develop meaningful DEIJ programs. 

As the CEO and Co-founder of HIVE Talent Acquisition Firm, she oversees their daily operations, as well as the HR consulting side of the business. For Veronica, seeing her clients grow is the most rewarding part of the role.

Outside of the office, Veronica enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her daughter Gabriella.

Meet Trish Kellogg – the powerhouse behind Beacon Hill Associates in Atlanta. With a knack for building robust connections, Trish is renowned in Atlanta for her unwavering dedication and a direct, no-nonsense approach. Her secret sauce? Efficiently qualifying staffing needs, seamlessly pairing client demands with top-tier talent. Before joining Beacon Hill, she conquered the staffing world, managing global operations and even expanding two Atlanta locations. With over two decades of leading by example in sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship, her unique perspective stems from opening and running two successful small business ventures. A proud graduate of the University of Florida, majoring in public relations and boasting varsity soccer prowess, Trish is no stranger to winning teams. Her career journey reflects a growth-oriented sales leader, repeatedly recruited for her expertise in driving profitability, elevating customer experience, and igniting ground-zero growth. Beyond the boardroom, her leadership extends to operations and teams. She brings a wealth of know-how, credibility, and a flair for inspiring multicultural teams to flawlessly execute the company vision. Dana's recruiting experience covers a wide range of industries such as accounting and finance, construction, engineering, light industrial and warehousing, sales and marketing, with a specialty in legal recruiting. Her human resources consulting background includes, JEDI, training, payroll, sponsorship, HRIS, networking, social media and branding.

Dana is a graduate of the private women's college, Agnes Scott, located in Decatur, Georgia. She returns to campus multiple times a year to support their Summit program by volunteering for HR panels, LinkedIn seminars, interview preparation and other human resources related needs.

Outside of work, Dana enjoys spending time outdoors at sporting and live music events with her loving husband Dustin, their son Deagan and dogs, Gustav, Donnie Barko and Toni Bark.

Rusty is Sr. Director for Vaco and co-leads their Technology Solutions practice in Atlanta. With more than 16 years of industry and team-building experience, he is passionate about helping clients and trusted consultants grow their businesses and thrive in their careers.  This includes Project and Program Managers.

Rusty grew up in Statesboro, GA and holds an MBA in Management from Troy University and a BBA in Economics from Georgia Southern University. He and his wife Kelly reside in Roswell, GA and they have two daughters.
